Eagle Ridge Home Owners Association
Welcome to the community website for Eagle Ridge. Eagle Ridge is a quiet community located in North East Broken Arrow nestled away from busy traffic and city noise. On calm nights you can occasionally hear cattle in the distance while sitting on a porch or patio soaking in the beautiful Oklahoma sunsets to the West or remarkable early morning sunrises to the East.
Our community houses a park and fenced communal pool for homeowners wishing to enjoy these amenities. The park is open all year while the pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
You will find below the Eagle Ridge photo, at the top of the webpage, links for Calendar, Photos, Community Information, Meeting Minutes, Financials, and Contracting Services. The HOA Board will be updating these links with information throughout the year for the benefit of the homeowners.
Please review the Community Information page periodically for important information and notifications the HOA Board communicates which could impact you as a homeowner.

Living in a covenant community means peace of mind that there are rules and guidelines in place to promote and protect your investment!
Every homeowner of the Eagle Ridge Community is a member of the HOA. Such membership constitutes a contractual agreement between the HOA and the Homeowner. Our covenants serve as the rules and guidelines of the agreement. Section IV, B. of the Covenants state "the acceptance of the Deed to a lot shall constitute acceptance of the membership in the association," "The owner of each and every lot agrees to abide by the rules of the association".
We have some of the lowest dues around the Tulsa Metro area with the amenities provided to our homeowners. The dues are split into payments taken twice a year. Once in April for $125 and the other in October for $125 to make the total annual dues of $250.
Please review our communities Covenants and By-Laws by clicking on the links listed below. If there are any questions please contact the HOA Board by phone, email or written letter.
